The former president's Granddaughter Receives Professional Tips from Tiger Woods Before LPGA Debut

Emerging athlete getting ready for significant tournament

The rising star has substantial online following

Kai Trump can count on plenty of high-profile backers as she starts her LPGA debut this Thursday.

This teenage golfer, who happens to be related to Donald Trump, received a special exemption to play at the Annika tournament in Florida.

The former president, a passionate golfer, operates numerous international courses and regularly competes against Kai.

"He's quite skilled. I shouldn't elaborate but we have competitive games," she revealed.

Kai explained that Trump, who cannot attend, told her: "Simply stay calm."

"My grandpa practically suggested to play and have fun," she explained.

"In my eyes, he's just a normal grandpa. He's not attending this weekend. He's occupied with world affairs, so he's rather occupied."

While still amateur, the golfer has played in just three tournaments recently and maintains the 461st position in AJGA listings.

However she's able to receive tips from golf legend, romantically involved with her mother.

"He stands as the best player worldwide," Kai stated.

"Additionally, he's an even better person. He advised me to compete, relax, and go with whatever happens."

The golfer will compete against several most prominent players in the sport at the competition, including second-ranked the champion, British golfer Hull, Lexi Thompson and 2023 champion Lilia Vu.

Tournament organizers stated that involving Kai exposes the sport to new audiences, particularly with youth audiences.

The social media influencer boasts millions of followers and recently launched an exclusive fashion and living label.

Her first tee time at 5:30 PM GMT.
